The OPSR Foundation is now accepting proposals from public, non-profit, or private entities to conduct a study on the expulsion and suspension of Oklahoma’s young children from early childhood care and education (ECCE) settings. This expulsion/suspension study is being supported through Oklahoma’s Preschool Development Grant (PDG B-5) Award, with federal funding from the Administration on Children and Families. The proposed study would have a completion deadline for all deliverables by December 30, 2025.
