OPSR will host an informative briefing of the OKFutures Needs Assessment and Strategic Plan from 3-6 p.m., Monday, Jan. 27, at the Embassy Suites, 741 N Phillips Ave, OKC, OK 73104. Urban Institute will give an in-depth presentation on the development and future implementation of these two documents.
Both the Needs Assessment and Strategic Plan were created as part of the OKFutures grant (also know as PDG B-5) with the goal to assess current policies and practices and identify strategies that would expand partnerships and help reach Oklahoma’s most underserved families. During the development of these documents, OPSR worked with the Urban Institute, an early childhood education, community engagement and strategic planning expert based out of Washington, D.C.
