DATA &
RESEARCH
Data and research play a crucial role to provide evidence guiding decision-making, identify disparities, monitor progress, and show investment in the early years is needed for later success.

ANNUAL REPORTS
This Oklahoma Partnership for School Readiness annual report for FY2025 spotlights the tremendous work done by OPSR staff and our incredible partners as well as provides a report on the state of school readiness among Oklahoma children.
As OPSR continues to push Oklahoma forward and coordinate an early childhood system that ensures ALL children are ready for school, we appreciate Gov. Stitt and our legislature's support, leadership and commitment to building a strong foundation and bright future for Oklahoma’s children.

PAID FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE
Paid family and medical leave (PFML) is a policy that provides workers with paid, job-protected time away from work for qualifying family or medical needs.
In 2025, OPSR commissioned an Actuarial Analysis for a PFML Insurance Program in Oklahoma to outline for legislators the estimated costs associated with PFML for the state.
